YEAR OF TRANSFORMATION
Launch of Infracommere’s New Brand and definition of business verticals, namely:
Infra.Digital, Infra.Shop, Infra.Data, Infra.Pay and Infra.Log. The verticals will focus,
respectively, on experience optimization, complete omnichannel technology, use of artificial
and data intelligence, payment and credit solutions, and logistics efficiency.
Acquisition of Tevec, a company specialized in machine learning algorithms and big data
processing. Through Artifical Intelligence, Tevec will allow Infracommerce and its customers
to automate analysis to make supply decisions, purchases, campaigns, prices, among
others.
Acquisition through its subsidiary New retail LLC of the additional 60% of the shares
representing the capital of Brandlive Colombia S.A., in which the Company already had an
indirect stake of 40%, and then held a 100% stake. Brandlive Colombia S.A. is a company
specialized in full commerce and is the main reference in the business in your
country.
Increase in the Company’s capital stock, by private subscription, totaling 80,000,000
common shares and R$400,800,000.00.
